Obituary of Delbert D. Edkin

Delbert D. Edkin of Horseheads, NY, passed away on August 4th at the age of 90. He was born and raised in Watkins Glen, NY. Upon his graduation, he was hired at Westinghouse, where he worked for 40 years until his retirement. He is survived by his three sons, Daniel, William, and Joseph; his daughter-in-law, Pat; his four grandchildren, William Jr., Alicia Wells, Daniel, and Erika Locey; his sons-in-law Jeff Wells and Jake Locey; his four great grandchildren, Hayden Wells, Nolan Wells, Lincoln Locey, and (coming soon) Penny Locey; his feline companion, Marge; and his extended family, Jeff & Sally Locey, Debbie & Andy Gessick, Roger Stern & Carmela Merlo, and Jeff Hetzel. He was an active Mason for over 50 years, an avid fan of jazz, and a life-long fan of the NY Yankees. A memorial and Masonic service is being planned by the family to be held on a date to be determined.
