Age 79, of Erin, NY, passed away on March 23, 2026.
She was born on June 5, 1946 in Connecticut. Geraldine shared 57 years of marriage with her devoted husband, Henry. Their marriage was marked by long-term commitment, years of partnership, and the life they built together over nearly six decades.
She was predeceased by her mother Margaret E. Clark; father Charles Clark; brother James Clark; and brother-in-law Bill Cordell.
She is survived by her loving husband Henry Peters; children Tammy (Robert Swartout) and Hope Ann (Gary Munson); grandchildren Estella (Bryon Haverland), Hannah (Matthew Castle), Brittany Swartout, Robbie Swartout, Katlin Munson, Jacob Munson; 5 great grandchildren; sisters Jacquline Cordell, Shirley (Vern Glann) and Diane (Tom Dunkley). She leaves behind many family members and friends who cared for her and will continue to remember her.
Family and friends are invited to visit the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main Street, Horseheads, NY on Friday, March 27th from 10 am – 1 pm to pay their respects and share memories. Her funeral service will be held there at 1. Burial to follow in Hicks Cemetery.
