Obituary of Flossie L. Freer

Flossie L. Freer Age 91 of Horseheads. She was born April 18, 1934 in Williamsport, PA, daughter of the late Loretta J. Hanford and Paul A. Fullmer, stepdaughter to the late Richard P. Eyler. She passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. She is survived by her children Donald H. (Gina M.) Freer, Jr., Teresa J. (Stanley W.) Slovik, Cheryl "Annie" (Donald A.) Thomason; a grandson and 2 great grandchildren. She was a caring mother, Nana, and friend who will be fondly remembered for the love she shared with others, as well as her strength and devotion to enriching the lives of long-term care patients throughout her 40+ year career. She most recently worked at Bethany Village into her 80's. She loved to pull the one-armed bandits at Tioga Downs in addition to being an avid Bingo player. Flossie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held with her family at a later date.
