Jackie was a wonderful, warm, positive, nurturing member of our Horseheads High School Guidance Department for many years! I loved her dearly and always appreciated her big smile, efforts to help anyone in need (student or staff!), and her sincere ability to see good in all people! And her deep love for her family was an inspiration to me-- as I formed my own family...I held Jackie & Shep as my role models. Deepest condolences to Jackie's family and friends.
