Obituary of Shawn Michael Beach

BEACH, Shawn M. age 24 of Cayuta, NY, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Shawn was predeceased by his father, Ralph N. “Skip” Beach in 2012. Shawn is survived by his loving mother, Dianna L. (Theetge) Beach of Cayuta, NY; brothers, Christopher Beach with fiancée, Sarah Curkendall of Horseheads, NY and Matthew Beach with fiancée Marissa Moon of Lowman, NY; nieces, Briley Marie Beach, Brandilyn Jolee Beach, and Ava Rose Beach; and nephew, Austin Carter Beach; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Sherry Theetge of Cayuta, NY; and paternal grandmother, Peg Beach of Craig, CO; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many close friends. Shawn loved the outdoors and the water, fishing being one of his favorite sports as well as canoeing. He loved his four-wheeler’s, hanging out with his friends and the time spent tinkering and hanging out with his father in the garage. Shawn was very close to all of his canine companions. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, Inc., 413 S. Main St., Horseheads on Thursday, June 11, 2015, from 4-6PM. Funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 6PM.
