Obituary of Marian A. Farrell
FARRELL, Marian A.
age 86 of Breesport passed away at home on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
Marian was born in Elmira, NY, to the late Joseph and Ina (Williams) Plaisted.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Patricia Bodolato;
and husbands, Cecil Page, Paul Davis, Paul Farrell, and Lawson L. Brown;
step grandson, Andrew Davis; sisters, Eleanor Cooper and Jean Krebs.
Marian is survived by her sons and daughters,
Joe (Judy) Page of Breesport, NY,
Betty (Allen) Halber of Melbourne, FL,
Bonnie (Anthony) Bilotta also of Melbourne, FL,
John (Vicki) Page of Horseheads, and
James Page of Franklin, NJ;
step sons, Terry Davis of Sayre, PA,
Doug (Joanne) Davis, and Neal Davis all of Elmira, NY;
grandchildren,
Joe Page, Michael (Stacey) Rougeux, Kim (Jayson) Werbalowsky, Brad Foster, Matt Foster, Kari (Chris) Kelsh, Sean Page, Anthony Bodolato, Andrea (William) Davis, Angela (Greg) Casagrande, Heather (Jake) Uratchko, Ashley (Chris) Bilotta, Amy (Jason) Rusby and Stacy (Michael) Hess;
great grandchildren,
Ashley and Cody Rougeux, Ella Werbalowsky, Bella and Deacon Foster, Haylee, Olivia and Madison Kelsh, Kayla Bilotta, Patty Rose Bodolato, Paige Davis, Jake and Megan Rusby, Michaela and Jessica Hess;
brothers, Ernest (Helen) Plaisted, Edwin (Sylvia) Plaisted, Jerry (Sue) Plaisted;
sister, Shirley (Charles) Coldiron;
special friend of many years, Floyd DeGraw of Horseheads, NY; and many nieces and nephews and many friends.
Marian enjoyed traveling, gardening, watching the wildlife in her backyard; was an avid reader and enjoyed games with family. Being widowed at the young age of 39 and raising six young children, Marian returned to college, received her LPN and had a 22 year career at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She also attended both Pine Valley and Breesport United Methodist Churches.
Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, Inc., 413 S. Main St. on Sat. Nov. 7, 2015 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Her service will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial service in Scotchtown Cemetery
