The Theetge family is so sorry for your loss. May your memories help get you through this difficult time. My father, Kenny, was just telling me a couple of weeks ago how George would bring over fish fillets, and boy did Dad appreciate that. George will be missed and his generosity always remembered. God bless all of you.

To Barb and the kids,
You probably don't know me but I hunted and had a few beers at your house on Morrell Rd. with George and at least one of your sons. Larry Ennis and I were always great hunting buds; later on we met every year at Howie Nichols' cabin that borders Reeds Gulch. This was after Larry and lynn had sold their home and moved to Trumansburg/Mesa, AZ. Probably 35 years ago, Larry, George, Paul Bahr and i went down to Roaring Forks, PA for a Sportsman's Show. While there we got into the sausage/peppers/onions sandwiches and hard boiled eggs...and beer. Well, I can't tell you the entire story of the ride home in your dad's T-bird (or Cougar)...but it was one that neither George or his olfactories...and the rest of us will ever forget. We laughed about it often. Then there was the time that I was hunting on the lease in my tree stand behind Larry's when George rode up between the rocks on top....and proceeded to answer the 'call of nature'...peeling off his hunting clothes as fast as he could!! ""Why the hell didn't you holler at me!!?"" he bellowed after I told him later at the house. ""I was laughing too hard"", I replied..""Say you better get those hemeroids looked at, fella"". Oh how we all laughed!!
Great man. High principles. Excellent, dedicated hunter and sportsman. Loved/worshiped his family. He will be missed.
