I was very sad to see the news of Tiffany's passing. I am a professor at Corning Community College and Tiffany was one of my students more than 15 years ago. Honestly, I remember very few students from that long ago, but I remember Tiffany. As a relatively new professor, she was one of my favorite students. You would not necessarily know from her grades, but Tiffany was really smart and when I knew her, she wanted to become a nurse. She definitely had the smarts to do it, but she also had a lot more going on in her life that sometimes made doing the best she could in school really hard. She talked a lot about her kids who gave her joy and meaning to her life. She had an infectious enthusiasm. My heart is heavy knowing that she is gone. All my best to Tiffany's children and the rest of her family and friends. Carry on her joy.
