Obituary of Carol Ostrum

Carol Mortimer Ostrum Age 74 of Grand Central Ave. Horseheads, NY passed away after long illness on Sunday Jan. 21, 2018 at the Chemung Co. Nursing Facility. Carol was born in Binghamton, NY on March 29, 1943 to the late Walter and Kathryn (VanAtta) Mortimer. Carol is survived by her husband, James Ostrum Sr.; Daughter and son, Deb (James) Narde of Horseheads, James Ostrum Jr. of Elmira; Grandchildren, John and Tyler Ostrum, Anthony and Stephanie Narde. She was also predeceased by her sister Jean Brown. Carol and her husband were longtime owner operators of Key West Tan in Elmira Heights, NY. There will be no prior calling hours.
