Obituary of Nancy Long

LONG, Nancy age 65 of Elmira. Our beloved sister and aunt, Nancy Long, passed into eternal life on February 11, 2018. Nancy was born in Providence, RI on October 29, 1952 to Pauline (Silsbee) and Jack Long. She brought much joy and laughter to so many in the places where she lived, including, Williamsport, PA; Buda, IL; Montour Falls, NY; Painted Post, NY; and Horseheads, NY. Nancy is survived by her brother, Timothy Long (Patti) of Chula Vista, CA and sister Susan Long of Newmarket, NH. Such happy memories for Nancy’s nieces and nephews, Rebekah (George, Ariana, Leia, Isaiah), Anna (Tim, CJ, Naomi), Aaron (Lindsay, Wren, Leo) and Daniel. Nancy’s love for balloons, stuffed animals, chocolate cake, Yahtzee and Don Ho will always bring a heart-felt smile. A memorial service will be held on a date to be determined.
