Obituary of Theodore L. Golden

Golden, Theodore L. Age 86 of Pine Valley passed away very unexpectedly on Sat. Apr. 7, 2018 at Robert Packer Hospital. Ted was born in Elmira, NY on March 13, 1932 to Earl and Margaret (Barr) Golden. He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Beatrice (Niemi) Golden; Daughter and sons, Tammy Golden of Horseheads, Terry (Deb) Golden of Big Flats, Timothy Golden of Horseheads, Thomas Golden of Bluffton, SC, Mike (Vicki) Golden of Horseheads; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; Sister, Carol (Russell) Lancaster of Horseheads, Brothers, Rev. R. Craig (Shirley) Golden of Elyria, OH and Larry Golden of Elmira Heights; Several nieces and nephews and grand dogs, Alex and Riley. He was also predeceased by his sister, Doris Howe; brothers, Richard and Robert Golden. Ted was a “Forty Year Man” He worked 40 years as a dairy farmer, 40 years as a school bus driver and 40 years as Catlin Town Justice. Thru his retirement he also worked for Floral Fantasy. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and winters in Florida.
