Obituary of Dolores Sano

SANO, Dolores L. (Gublo) Age 85 of Pine Valley passed away May 25, 2018 at Corning Center for Rehabilitation. Dolores was born Nov. 3, 1932 in Elmira, NY to Leo and Louise (Mruk) Gublo. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis in 1979 and son, Christopher Anthony Sano in 1998. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Stephen O’Brien of Avoca, NY, And a host of extended family and friends. Dolores was a longtime member of St. Charles Boromeo Church in Elmira Heights and also a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She worked as a clerk in several area stores including CVS at the Arnot Mall. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to take place in St. Charles Christ the Redeemer Parish 130 Oakwood Ave. Elmira Heights, NY on Thurs May 31, 2018 at 11:00 am.
