Obituary of Mark Doyle

Mark Doyle Age 79, of Horseheads, NY. He was born September 11th 1941 in Corning, NY, and passed away in the company of the love of his life on Thursday, May 13th 2021. In addition to his parents, Mark was predeceased by his brothers; as well as his first wife, Gayle, in 2013. He is survived by the love of his life, Joyce Wood; along with his 4 stepchildren, and many dear friends. Mark worked with Wenzel Contractors, in Elmira, for 35 years. He also operated his own auto shop, which satisfied his love working on cars. That passion extended to behind the wheels of his race car at the Chemung Speedrome. Outside of the automotive, Mark enjoyed any time he could go fishing as well and singing and playing guitar, both of which he did in several local bands over the years. Private services will be held.
