Obituary of Elaine L. Whitehead

Elaine Whitehead (Little), Age 91 of Horseheads, New York. Elaine was born July 11th, 1930 in Elmira, New York to the late Winifred and Vincent Little of North Chemung, New York, and died October 8th, 2021 at her home in Horseheads, New York. She graduated from Southside High School. She retired from IST (Westinghouse). In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her brother Lacy Little, nephew Vincent T. Little, father of her daughters Donald G. Whitehead, and longtime partner Lyle Campbell. She is survived by her daughters Judy Smith (Clifford West), and Vicki Page (John); her brothers Merle Little (Charlotte), Millard “Skip” Little (Beverly Stevens); sister-in-law Diane Little; as well as grandchildren Amy Rusby (Jason), Christopher Smith (Patricia), Stacy Hess (Michael), Timothy Smith, and Heather Uratchko (Jake); her great-grandchildren, Makenzie Smith, Amber Mattice, Jake Rusby, Jessica and Michaela Hess, Madeline Smith, Megan Rusby, Maya Smith, Stella Smith, Everleigh and Lillianna Uratchko. Her family would like Elaine to be remembered as the vibrant, independent person she always was.
