Patricia Smith Born on May 23 1933 in Hornell , NY "Rushford" to Ivan Freeman and Genevieve ( Louie ) Morse. Patricia went to be with the lord on November 30th 2021 peacefully with family by her side . Patricia was predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth Smith ( 26 years ), and her son Alan Scholtisek. Patricia is survived by her son Richard ( Cathy ) Scholtisek, daughter Diane ( Michael ) Eckman, and daughter in law Shirley Scholtisek; grandchildren Rachael ( Brian ) Eckman, Michael Eckman, Ruthie Decker, Amanda ( Alan ) Scholtisek , Annie (Jareth) Conklin; great grandchildren Caitlyn, Erinn, Aubrey, Ian, Jacob, Raelynn, Zachary, Jayden, Samantha and Douglas; Bonus Sons Walt Freeman, Dave Tuller, Phil Earl, Russell Doane. Special thanks to her angel Annie Conklin for always taking good care of her grandma all the way until the end. The family is blessed to have her. A note of thanks to Ronda Earl, Rose Zito and Gloria Foster for being such good friends. Special thanks to Robert and Adrianna Maggese for their spiritual guidance regardless of time of the day. Patricia truly enjoyed time spent worshiping Jesus. Patricia dedicated her life to the lord, her family and friends. With a heart of gold , a smile that lit up the room, she had a huge heart full of love to give. Patricia loved everyone. She will be greatly missed. Memorial service will be held December 3rd 2021 at Freedom Church -390 Warnick Street Elmira NY 14901 at 2pm. Celebration of life will be help in May 2022.
