Obituary of Photine Rennells

Photine “Tina” (Rores Barends) Rennells Age 90 of Breesport, NY. She was born in Buffalo, NY on November 17, 1931, daughter of the late Christ D. and Arianthe (Janetakos) Rores and passed away peacefully in her home on Friday morning of December 3rd 2021. In addition to her parents, Tina was predeceased by her husband James M Rennells Jr; along with sons Michael Barends, and Richard Rennells; siblings Katherine Rores, James Rores, Lillian (Rores) Dembik, Thomas Rores, Nicholas Rores, George Rores, Peter Rores, and Rita Rores; and grandson Nicholas Little. She is survived by her children MaryLou (Rennells) Campbell, Marcia (Rennells) Au, Joan (Rennells) Harvey, James M Rennells III, Thomas Barends, Kris Barends, Donna (Barends) Little, Katherine (Barends) May, Cherie (Barends) Mazda, and Theodore Rennells; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and her longtime friend, Teddy Rich. Family and friends are invited to visit the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St. in Horseheads on Tuesday, December 7th 2021 from 4 pm to 6 pm. Tina’s funeral service will follow at 6 pm; Rev. Richard Scott officiating. Private committal and interment will be held at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads.
