Obituary of Dorothy M. Harris

Dorothy "Dot" M. Harris. Age 81 of Horseheads, NY. She was born June 12, 1942 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Leon and Bella (Squires) Bryan. Dot passed away peacefully in the afternoon on Friday, June 30th 2023. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Delbert Harris; as well as her sister Alice Kelsey. Dot is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Roxanne (Richard) Wilkinson; her sister Frances Riker; and a large beloved extended family. Dot will be remembered most as an extremely strong willed woman. She held many jobs over her life, through all of which she maintained her determination and forward attitude. If you can name it, she did it, and if she didn't like something, you sure knew. Private services will be held with her family. Dot will be laid to rest in Scotchtown Cemetery, Erin, NY, alongside her parents.
