ENGLISH, Henry W. Age 88 of Vanderhoff Road in Millport passed away at home Sunday, September 23, 2012. Henry was predeceased by his wife, Ruby “Who” English in 2010; His surviving family includes his daughters, April (Dennis) Pettibone of Millport, NY; Irene (Douglas) Elias of El Mirage, AZ and Joanne (Kenneth) Sherwood of Corning, NY; grandchildren, Heather (Tim) Swank, James and Kristine Sherwood, Sarah and Becky Pettibone; great grandchildren, Katelyn, Nicolas and Jacob Swank; brothers, Charles and Richard English; sister, Katherine Alexander; close family friends, Kimmi & Richie Falls with son, Casey, and cat, “Peanut”. Henry was employed at Automatic Shoe Repair in Elmira and was a retired Core Maker with the Chemung County Foundry. It was Henry’s wish that there will be no calling hours.
