Obituary of Roberta Sykora

Roberta D. Sykora “Bobbi” Age 71 of Virginia Avenue, in Elmira Heights, NY and formerly of Caton, NY passed away Monday, December 31, 2012. She was born in Elmira, NY on August 23, 1941 to Harry and Rebecca (Wood) Hollenbeck. Her family includes her daughter and son, Kimberly Cain of Elmira Heights, NY and Jay (Heather) Sykora of Brockport, NY; grandchildren, Nikkolas, Jay II, Rebekka, Jakkalyn, Joshua, John Boy and Audrianna; brothers, Richard (Rose) Hollenbeck of Elmira Heights, NY, Wayne (Lynda) Holcomb of Casselberry, FL and Roger Holcomb of Elmira Heights, NY; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Earl Burdick. She was also predeceased by her sister, Audrey (Richard) Savey. Bobbi was a CNA having worked at Three Rivers in Painted Post, NY and more recently at Bethany Village. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 South Main Street, Horseheads Today, Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 6-8:00 p.m. Burial in Lockwood Cemetery.
