Obituary of Danny J. Keough

KEOUGH, Danny J. Age 70 of Burch Hill Rd. in Millport passed away unexpectedly at home on Sat. Apr. 24, 2010. He was born July 25, 1939 in Hayward, CA a son to the late Danny and Fay (Arzt) Keough. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sharon (Jack) Keough; Their sons and daughters, Karl Keough of OK, Dannette (Jim) Pike of Elmira, Deleta (Mill) Saults of TN, Danny (Christine) Keough of Elmira Heights; Ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and Sister, Barbara Goad of OK. Danny was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Air force from 1958-1969. He recently retired in 2001 from Thomas and Betts in Horseheads where he was a set up machinist there. He was a skilled R/C Modeler and Woodworker, but most of all a dedicated and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service to take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery Davis St. Elmira, NY on Friday April 30, 2010 at 1:00 pm where military honors will be accorded.
