Obituary of Alyssa S. Ribnicky

RIBNICKY, Alyssa S. Age 41 of Pine Valley, NY, born and raised in Schooley’s Mountain, NJ passed on Monday, January 5, 2015. She is survived by her mother, Marie Ribnicky and Charlie Smith of Pine Valley, NY; Big brother, Aaron (Sheri) Ribnicky of Schooley’s Mountain, NJ; Nieces, Olivia, Amelia, and Ella Ribnicky, and Ciera Axtell. In addition, Alyssa is survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her love, Alex Meholczo, of Tioga, PA, their families and friends. Her family always called her “sweet Alyssa”. She loved God, all of His creatures and His wonders. Animals, children and people were drawn to her loving magnetism. Her memory will be cherished by all the lives she touched. Family and friends are invited call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads, NY on Friday, January 9, 2015, from 3-6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at 10:00 am in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 130 Oakwood Avenue, Elmira Heights, NY with the Reverend Scott M. Kubinski, Celebrant. Burial will take place next to her late father, Paul “Rib” Ribnicky in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
