Obituary of Clifford E. Luther

LUTHER, Clifford E. Age 52 of Hulett St. in Horseheads passed away Oct. 5, 2010 as a result of a fishing accident. He was born Nov. 24, 1957 in Elmira, NY, a son to Kern and Patricia (Kelly) Luther. He was predeceased by his father and is survived by his mother, Patricia of Waynesboro, PA; Brother, Dale (Debbie) Luther of Horseheads, sister, Linda Luther also of Horseheads; nieces, Jennifer Swartout and Dusty Grover and nephews, John Swartout, Jason and Chad Luther; and many friends and neighbors. Cliff was employed at Friendly’s Restaurant in Horseheads. He loved fishing, hunting, NASCAR and the outdoors. He especially loved the time spent with family, friends and his nieces and nephews whom he thought of as his own kids. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads, NY on Fri. Oct 8, 2010 from 3-5:00 pm and 7-8:00 pm his service will follow there at 8:00 pm. Interment at the convenience of his family.
