Obituary of Audrey Jane Holland

HOLLAND, Audrey Jane Age 97 of Horseheads, NY. She was born June 21, 1923 in Hollis, NY, daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (McGowan) Prentzel and passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Bayard in 1995 and sister Marie Wanzer. She is survived by her daughter Kim (Robert) Roemmelt of Horseheads, sons Scott Holland of Granthom, NH, Marc (Lori) Holland of Temperence, MI and Neil (Kelly) Holland of Prescott Valley, AZ along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Audrey was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Horseheads where she served as a Deacon. She graduated from Emerson College in 1944; was an avid reader and enjoyed her book club, bridge club and bible study. She loved music and had a beautiful singing voice but mostly, she loved her family. Her family thanks the staff at Elcor for the wonderful care they provided her.
