Susan offered me so much support and encouragement earlier this year during my own breast cancer battle and surgery. Her words of faith and confidence in Our Lord helped strengthen me. Even though I never knew Susan personally, I felt the love of God work through her when we spoke on the phone. I could hear her joy and peace as she shared some of her own experiences.
My prayers will continue for each of you who has had to say goodbye too soon. My heart grieves with you.
Father, would you please look after and care for the loved ones Susan left behind? Comfort their broken hearts and restore their faith and confidence in you, the same confidence that Susan shared in these last few months. Thank you for caring for each one of us, Lord.
