I met Rev. Peary as a volunteer for Care First NY through their Pet Peace of Mind program, for those who can no longer do all they once did for their pets. I would take her much loved dog Abbey for walks. My wife and I also assisted with having her groomed which was very important to Rev. Peary as well. I would visit with Rev. Peary after walking Abbey, when she would share her life story as a Reverend. Her strong faith sustained her during her long illness, living much longer than her doctor stated she would. Rev. Peary said to him that was up to God.
She went through some very difficult experiences during her life but faith in God was with her always.
