Founded in Breesport, New York in 1931 - Barber Funeral Home would move to Horseheads in 1935, and settle in our present location across the village in 1939. Owned by the Barber family for 3 generations, Scott Barber partnered with local funeral directors Walter and Tyler Kent in 2017 to continue the funeral homes ownership be  a family that grew in our own area. Our tradition of fairness, excellence, professionalism and integrity has brought comfort to countless local families in their time of sorrow. We pledge that we will be here for you when you need our help and support.
